In a word, "Awful' !!!! My Aunt passed away last year in April and was receiving her monthly pension from Prudential. So I called them to report my Aunt's passing about 3 months after she passed away. So they stated they would take back the payments from May, June and July. Makes sense, no big deal. However, when I got her bank statement months later I saw that instead of taking back 3 payments, they took back 6 payments, basically 3 on one day, and three more two days later. It's now Feb 28th, and I have been calling them for 2 months about this error. I sent them the bank statements back in early January showing the error. Every time I call.. "Oh will look into this and get back to you within 3-5 business days".. They never call back.. so I call them again, again I get the same response, "Oh this is handled by our back office, and I will escalate this case for you and get back to you".. Yeah, then I wait, no one gets back to me, so I call them again, and play the same game ..around and around we go... where we stop...I'll tell you where we stop, the same exact place as before..they do NOTHING !!! So annoying.. I may have to get my lawyer involved at this point.
