Review: On 05 December 2013, I called Prudential Realty in Pittsburgh, Pa. to pay my rent and apparently the person who usually handles rental payments was not available or out of the office. The person who did in fact answer my call and take my information was extremely rude. When my wife called to see if the payment was received, she was told, "Someone else usually handles that," and then they hung up on her! When I made my initial call to pay, the individual took my credit card, personal information and then hung up on me without providing a confirmation number or bothering to ask if there was anything else they could do for me. I have yet to receive any confirmation of payment or any assurance whatsoever that my rent was actually paid, and how can I be assured that this person actually took down my information to begin with. The usual person who takes my information is very courteous, helpful and very reassuring that the payment transaction was completed. The person who answered yesterday had no customer service skills whatsoever and on top of that, just hung up on me like I was a tele-marketer, not a valued customer.Desired Settlement: Better customer service all around.
