To Whom It May Concern:Mr***, Owner of [redacted] ***, Lansdale, PA came to our company on approximately March Mr [redacted] signed our management contract approximately the first week of March 2011.We discussed the poor condition of his propertyMr [redacted] asked if we could restore his property to rentWe repaired walls, floors, painted and cleaned the entire three floor premises replacing various items in the home to prepare it to rentIt was in extremely poor conditionMr***, understood that all repair costs would be deducted from the rent when received(He received copies of all bills)The property was rented May 15, with rental income of $per month with the tenant paying utilities.Mr [redacted] seemed very happy with the progress the first three (3) years of management without incidentIt wasn’t until recently (last months) Mr [redacted] complained about the tenants late paying of rentWe asked Mr [redacted] if he was prepared to evict the tenant and he responded that the management company should decideCurrently the tenant is paid to date.We have been managing this property for Mr [redacted] since March, without incidentWhen we received the Revdex.com letter, it was a complete shockWe immediately called Mr [redacted] to discuss his concernIt was obvious that something had changed in his understanding of our business relationshipAs last resort, we offered Mr [redacted] the option to discontinue our services effective immediatelyWe are currently waiting for his written notice to discontinue management services.Sincerely,Roderick RM***Rittenhouse Property Management, IncRental Department

Mr. [redacted], understood that all repair costs would be deducted from the rent when received. (He received copies of all bills). The property was rented May 15, 2011 with rental income of $1150.00 per month with the tenant paying utilities.Mr. [redacted] seemed very happy with the progress the first three (3) years of management without incident. It wasn’t until recently (last 12 months) Mr. [redacted] complained about the tenants late paying of rent. We asked Mr. [redacted] if he was prepared to evict the tenant and he responded that the management company should decide. Currently the tenant is paid to date.We have been managing this property for Mr. [redacted] since March, 2011 without incident. When we received the Revdex.com letter, it was a complete shock. Mr. Roderick M[redacted] checked my property to rent it in March 2011. He said my property not in bad shape just need painting then would be good. Mr. M[redacted] asked me to pay around 4000 $, paid. That time I was in Iraq(deployment) when I came back found was charges every single month during the first yea rent check between 300 $ to 900$ out of 1150$. I sent emails to find out didn't answer. Also, I called no one get back, but when I left a voice mail to Mr. M. sue him, he sent me a voice mail said my message was "annoying". Mr. M[redacted] and his team do not talk to me or my property tenant in right way. The tena maintenance they don't come. Here some picture from my property have been taken 2 weeks ago. Mr. M[redacted] abuses managing my property since he knew Army and I am always away. He got maintenance fund but he didn't fix.
