Horrible company w embarrassing customer service!
You wait on hold AT LEAST 15 minutes before a disgruntled employee picks up. I called back 3 times and talked to 3 different people who said they’d call me back. They never did! I just want a refill of my medicine how hard can this be?! The next time I go to my derm, I am telling her I am NEVER dealing with this sorry excuse for a company again! I used to work in customer service long ago and if I treated customers how they do, I would've been fired immediately. Disgraceful.

By the far the worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst part is...you cannot get this RX from any other company besides Prugen. Unbelievably long wait/hold times on the phone, customer service agents that have no clue whatsoever, high co-pay costs. Mind-boggling, seriously.

Cannot get customer service on phone
I have called MULTIPLE times at different times during the day to re-ordee my HPR Cream. I cannot get through and I have waited for long periods of time. A few times, I even waited longer than 30 minutes. Please help! I'm a front line worker (RN) and need the cream for excema on hands. They are inflamed due to frequent handwriting. Please help a nurse out during this pandemic 🙏 ! Pleasd contact me at [email protected] and let me know how else to order!

I am frustrated beyond BELIEF with this company. We’ve been waiting for a script for over 6 weeks from this company-and I’ve called them several times. It’s been approved by my insurance, but it’s been a “failed” prescription on their side 5 times. Absolutely no follow up or follow through. If I hadn’t called and checked on it, they wouldn’t have done anything. I’ve gotten the runaround twice when I’ve called. Assured that they would expedite the prescription, due to the wait, but they didn’t do it. Now it’s been sent out at a time I can’t be available to get it at home. I’m infuriated by them and my dermatologist for making me use them.

This company is joke! They dont get the meds shipped out on time. After several calls and minutes on hold with this compnay we finally received the meds (after 6 weeks). Then they were going to charge and ship the same prescription twice! It is the most unorganized company I have ever delat with

They refused to escalate my problem to a supervisor. Finally, after demanding someone handled it, I got a resolution and my product in the mail 3 weeks later. My dermatologist enrolled me with Prugen Solutions in October in order for me to receive a new topical skin cream at a discounted rate. I called and paid for the skin cream $35.00 over the phone and finalized my order with Prugen. Prugen then contacted me stating that they had reached out to my dermatologist due to there being an ingredient in the skin cream that I was allergic to. Due to the allergy, I had to cancel my prescription/order. My order was never finalized nor shipped from Prugen. I have contacted Prugen three times over the last month attempting to receive a refund as I never received the product I paid for. I have spoke to 4 different agents who have all told me that they were sending my request to the "Refund Dept" and to allow 3-5 business days to receive in my bank account. It has been over a month. My last call was Friday 11/22and I was told the same thing for the 3rd time and have yet to receive a refund. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

PruGen has sent a communication to its HUB Services provider of PruGen Solutions to determine the status of the patient's requested refund. Once the status of the refund is known then PruGen is requesting the refund payment be expedited by its HUB Services provider to the patient.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! ORDERED MEDICATION ON 9/13 AND STILL HAVENT GOTTEN ANYTHING. THEY SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS. SAID THE RESENT, TRIED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR THE MEDICATION THEY LOST. NOW ALMOST THREE WEEKS LATER, STILL NOTHING.
