Excellent company very professional replaced our roof after a storm and help through the insurance issuesThe job site was left very clean and the new roof is beautiful we are very happy with the outcome

Efficient and clean work Clear communications No smoke and mirrors here If your looking for a straight shooting company that does good clean work in a timely fashion choose Prusak

We recently had a new roof installed from Prusak RoofingFrom start to finish this was by far the best experiences we've ever had in dealing with a contractorThey made the entire process simple and painless, We were presented with many options to fit our budgetAll of the work being done was clearly explained so we knew exactly what work was needed and whyThey were on time, worked fast and the new roof looks fantastic
If you are looking for a new roof I would highly recommend Prusak Roofing

Prusak Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof The crew was here at 7am and they were done by 4:30pm They took care to cover all the bushes and cleaned everything up before they left The end result was a job well done I have already recommended them to people I work with Great Job!

I am very pleased with our new roof and the workmanship of Prusak Roofing. The crew did exactly as quoted. The workers were courteous, clean, and pleasant. They left our yard very clean even looking in the bushes for debris; as well as doing a final walk around the yard for roofing scraps prior to leaving. Highly recommended!

AN EXCELLENT JOB DONE ON MY ROOF !!! I WILL KEEP THERE NUMBER AND TELL OTHER FOLKS !!

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/09/28) */
On June 7, 2014, Mrs. [redacted] signed the contract for the work to be done on her house for new roof and a new gutter system. We did have a lot of work scheduled ahead of her because of the terrible weather in the spring time. At the time...

of the signing of the contract, I did inform her of the terms of the contract and the bad wood replacement cost, I also informed her that we have a back log of work approximately 6-8 weeks ahead of her. The total contract was for $ 8500.00 and she did give us the required approximate1/3 deposit of $ 2800.00, which is actually $ 33.00 less than the required amount that was due. About 3-4 weeks after she signed the contract, she is correct to say that she wanted to cancel the contract, I told her after she was done yelling at me that she can cancel the contract all she had to do was to write cancel on the contract and mail it back and then we would send her the deposit back. Legally we do not have to do that because it was clearly stated in the contract that she has 3 days to cancel it.
About the gutters, we were installing oversized down spouts for the same price as residential down spouts. It was explained to her that by installing the 3" X 4" oversized down pouts into a 2" X 3" residential down spout opening in the concrete will not work. I offered her a $ 25.00 discount to change one oversized down spot into a residential downspout so we wouldn't have to disturb the cement. She insisted on the oversized down spout, so we proceeded to chip out the cement to accommodate the larger downspout at our cost.
It was explained to her that any bad wood is an additional cost. She had 2 different estimate sheets from 2 different years explaining the bad wood charge the actual contract that she signed also explained the bad wood charge. I also verbally explained the bad wood charge sitting with her and her husband at the signing of the contract and they both understood the bad wood charge. The homeowners, never asked to see the bad wood and when she was in the front of her house complaining about the concrete the bad wood was on the pile of shingles in her front yard that was eventually cleaned up.
The satellite dish installed on the roof was removed to remove the shingles under the brackets. In the contract it states, "that we are not responsible to adjust the dish to find the signal or any fees associated with calling in a professional installer to find the signal". I also explained this to the homeowners face to face.
In the contract it states, " ... This agreement is conditional upon full payment of contract ....". The homeowners have not paid in full the total bill that is due of $ 278.00. I did talk to Mrs. [redacted] on the phone and she stated that the gutter is leaking on the south side of her house and I told her about the balance that is due. She proceeded to tell me that she doesn't think she should pay $278.00 because we did not show her the bad wood and because she had to have a satellite company come out and re-align the dish.
Summary, I did tell Mrs. [redacted] I would come out there to fix the gutter on the south side but there is a balance due on the contract. Once she pays the balance due of $ 278.00 by certified check or money order, I will be happy to come out there and repair the gutter. I have already sent out one letter for the late payment that is over 30 days past due.
Please see the attached contract and please note the asterisks.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/09/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am not accepting the response, due to the fact, that my husband and I was never informed to ask,nor told to ask about any bad wood.prior to the installation of the roof being installed..We never observed or noted any bad wood in pile of shingles that is being alleged Further more before replacing any new wood, why was we not informed, before the new wood was replaced. Why did the gentlemen whom installed the roof, wait until the completion of the roof to inform us we had bad wood. Also there was much to much debride and garbage coming off the roof,as it was nearly impossible to see under neath all the rubbage.Regarding the repair to the faulty gutter, that was installed it has no bearing on the gutter being oversized, this is a repair that they should be responsible for and have nothing to with me paying for bad wood. They have already been paid for in installation of the gutters,Why am I ask to pay for something already paid for.[redacted].
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/10/09) */
We will go out to fix the gutter and resolve the issue. We still think that we are being taken advantage of by the homeowner because their refusal to pay for the wood that was part of the contract that she signed. No other customer has ever done this to our company.

A man rang my bell several times at 7a.m. I said, "who is it?" No reply so I went upstairs to put pants on and before I could make it back downstairs he was ringing the bell again. I opened the door and he said, "Move your [redacted] car!!" I was startled and confused so he repeated that statement.
I got my keys moved my car and he was still cursing. So I made the juvenile comment,"yo momma" so he said "YO MOMMA YOU [redacted]!!!"
I'm positive they won't do anymore work for me but I would like to warn anyone else considering this company. They have a racist, rude and confrontational Blond pudgy man running this business.

I am very satisfied with work done by Prusak Roofing. They came on time & very very polite & efficient. They did a great job of cleaning my driveway. Jim answered all my question & showed pictures of the work that was needed. He also returned phone calls. I would recommend Prusak Roofing.

Complete roofing replaced on residence, garage and shed in one day.
Excellent job. Very professional workers.
