I was disappointed in the service due to the lack of respect shown by how the crew left the site each day buy leaving material's aka stone tiles, which could of been stolen which in my opinion should of been locked away or put in the back also they left their tool's scattered around and wheel barrow half full of mortar and other various items scattered around the site
They did not take the time to set up an area to mix the mortar instead they just did on the grass and now I have a patch of mortar where my grass should be! This is totally unacceptable!
They would arrive at all different times and sometimes leave one stranded worker behind for hrsThere cleof the site upon completions was dismal at best they didn't clean off the stone tiles to which mortar had fallen on, left cut tiles, various screws, and a crowbarI figure this was probably due to the poor management of time set to complete the project
