On 10/20/my Techs arrived at 11:OOam at [redacted] .They treated the common areas and exteriorsTwo residents in units# [redacted] and #***.My tech (Derek) found out that resident (***) has asthma.Derek said to her he would back on 10/21/and use a Gel for roachs He arrived around 11:OOam he waited until 12:00pmHe got called that his daughter was in the hospital He left a business card letting her to know and will contact her as soon as possibleShe called Derek and ask if he could treat the her on the 18th of NovemberHe arrived at 12:30pm on the 18thHe cheand checkoutHe waited until 12:55, Derek left a business card againHe took pictures to show he wasn't there and cheand check-outWe have not heard from her.She was told that her money ($25.00) will be returned and Derek will treat her unitPlease note Derek had $25.00.As for the resident calling our office I check the phone to see if she calledI found only one call.Iwas not here from the 10/21/to 11/01/because I lost my brother and was in California paying my respects.Please let the resident know I am sorry and would like to treat yourUnit and your $
