response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me and my family!He continues to lied and lack comolete INTEGRITY at all cost or levels. I do have a home inspection check sheet done by Mr. [redacted] showing what the house needed to be repaired, pictures of the water damages  on a wooded floor, laminate floor, into the master bedroom carpets and under the AC unit caused by [redacted]. When I came into the house to check on him, he was supposed to be working on all the repairs we talked about, it seems like he disappeared and there was abundance of water in the garage, underneath the A.C. unit and laundry room. He also stole an outlet cover, the new garbage disposal is completely damaged because he crossed wired the electrical switch, he did not replaced the GCFI units, the ceiling fan was left dangling because he stole a screw from a new unit, and he took light sets, my old garbage disposal, the brick works is incompleted and gosh it is horrible, my change of $3.00 from lowes. I gave him cash for $400.00 as an advance so he can finished the job. His license needs to be revoke not only is he unprofessional, I invited a criminal to my house, and most importantly he is NOT a certify contractor at any levels. He completely treated me like I was wrong to hired him or gave him some opportunities. He also miserably told me that he is no longer in Texas and that he divorced his wife but I spotted him driving out here in Killeen and also smoking and washing his wife car in front of their duplex home. There is so much more. I am slowly repairing the costly damages he told or texted me and said that I should pay for it all. I am talking to the City Killeen manager and seek some legal action against [redacted] and [redacted] Construction.  His wife who is a disable veteran disappointed me by also completely lying for [redacted] at all and every cost to steal money from my family period! I suspected this so I can adequately responded but this is not over until [redacted] and [redacted] Construction return my $400.00 and pay for all damages he heavily caused. Joe turned off the main water line from the street or sidewalk meter to my house because that is how much water he causes to completely flooded my my new residence. Now He is making up stuff to lied about and he called himself a professional contractor. I have all text messages and lots of pictures. I will not be surprised if he change out my house circuit breaker or completely short circuit itRegards, [redacted]
