Review: I ordered (4) four pieces of auto glass. They took the order and estimated 2-3 weeks for delivery. It has been over a month since placing the order. I have made numerous phone and have been strung a long "Call us in a couple of days" etc etc. I have been patient with them! Upon learning that my credit card has already been charged $700.00 for the product I HAVEN"T RECEIVED, I started calling. They have failed to answer all three of their cell/business phones they list! I have sent emails etc. I am a retired Police Officer/ Homicide Investigator of 28yrs. So I started making phone calls to other "like" companies who know "P&S Auto". The general consensus is they are on the run! Either relocating or going or gone out of business. I want my money refunded. I have stated this demand in all of my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded to my credit card!

We had a difficult time finding a final piece for the customer. Once it was located, the order was completed and sent to the customer.

Review: I perchased a windshild with the company about 3 months ago and it took about 3 weeks to get to me.I had to call a couple of times to find out why it was taking so long and ended up fijding out they had shiping issues. When I finly got it I found out that the windshild wasnt going to work. I called several times and left several messages not including emails I sent befor I got ahold of someone to talk to about the windshild. I told them it was the wrong one and gave them the messagerments for the one I need. They told me that it was the windshild that I ordered from them and I told them that there website said it was gong to fit when I was reseaching for what I needed. That one keeped poping up. They said they would call the owner about a swopand would call me back. It took about three weeks of calling and emails to get ahold of someone to find out they were looking around forthe right windshild for me and they should know by the end of he week and let be know. That was two weeks ago and I called and left to message this week to find out what is going on. Heard nothing.Desired Settlement: All I want is the right product that should have been sent to me. Just a straight swop with no extra cost at this point or a full refund. I have no problems returning the porduct. It sittin in my gerage right know. Refund includes the shipping fee. A tottle of $300 bqck to me.

I apologize for the late response as our computers crashed and we were just able to get them back up and running over the weekend.

This is in regards to complaint #[redacted].

The customer in question ordered a windshield off our website. The customer has a different make of car than what he had purchased. He did not supply us with any additional information so we could get the correct one right away.

When he did contact us about the windshield not fitting, we then learned of the actual make of the car. The windshield that would fit his car is more rare, and thus, more expensive than what he ordered, about double the price. When we approached him about that, he stated he did not want to pay any more and that we should switch it out at no extra cost to him.

We did state to him, that we would take the windshield back, minus the shipping costs; he, at that time, stated he did not want that. He wanted the other windshield at no extra cost to him.

We have been fair in our dealings with him, as we are with all of our customers.
