I am rejecting this response because: I have not received this product and when I placed the order their website stated that product would ship in 1-3 business days.  Once I did not receive my shipment in that time frame I notified them and they told me the product ships in 7-10 business days.  I ordered the product on October 10th 2015. No where on the site at time of purchase did it say product ships in 14 business days.  The 14 days would of been on October 29th so my product was not shipped in the time frame they said at time of purchase and it didn't ship within the 14 days they now say it is.  but it you look at their website it says same day shipping.  They constantly change the shipping guidelines to screw their customers  Now there website states that do same day shipping and it has said that for 2 weeks now.  I do not want to close this case until I receive the product and it is what I ordered and is in good condition.

This is a whole different situation I have bought two things from them I returned the first one because it was too small I exchanged for the top that I sent back because of it being overpriced, thin material, not worth anything. They keep ignoring all of my emails. I have already sent the shirt back and want a refund for the shirt plus shipping.
