we did not steal anything from you, you guys changed your delivery date several times but your right we owe you some conpensation and I am willing to pay dollars if you drop the complants against meplease I need your address, so I can send the checkas soon as we resolve this complaint best regards ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First, our belongings were not picked up in North Carolina, they were picked up in [redacted] There was not contact the entire time, as they would not answer our phone calls or messages When a 3rd party called on our behalf (with a South Dakota area code), the phone was finally answered We feel that our calls were being screened and avoided Eventually, the calls from the third party were also unanswered.Second, we had a delivery date scheduled for January 2nd, in North Carolina The driver who loaded our belongings informed us that he could not make it until the 3rd We did not state that we would not be ready until that time, as we were waiting in North Carolina on January 1st for the truck to deliver our things.Third, why was the truck that loaded our belongings in New Mexico? That is not on the route from [redacted] to North Carolina We were told that the same truck would unload our belongings in North Carolina.Next, there was no inspection of items done upon delivery The driver made us sign the paper that stated our items were delivered, BEFORE he would even open the truck to unload any items After the items were unloaded, we did add a comment to the paper stating that the local men who unloaded our belongings were professional They were not employed by PS Movers, and they told the driver to never call them again because of they way they were treated by PS Movers We also had to pay these local men, out of our pockets, to convince them to stay.In regards to the damaged/missing items, we had contacted [redacted] at PS Movers on multiple occasions He kept informing us that he was investigating the situation and would get back to us Again, we did not get a response We emailed the letter (attached to this form) to the company, and received a response stating only that they received the email Since then, our emails have been blocked as well Pictures of the damaged/destroyed items are available Unfortunately, we do not have pictures of the missing items.The discount of $was offered, after they raised the rate by $1200, for unknown reasons This took place, before the driver would unlock the truck to unload.Regards, [redacted]

First of all, I apologize it was *** not North CarolinaSecond, she sign that the drivers were professional but shes stating that she didnt say that but we do have proof that she did, Third of all, we gave a huge discount of 900$ for the inconvinenceCustomer is insured cents per pound per artical by the contractEnen tho we dont know about the damage because she never called to infom us on, we assume she has pounds of damage we are willing to pay 720$ if she drops all the roumersPaper work says one thing but she says otherwiseWe are a ligit comapny and we will only pay by company check

were in contact with her friend that was comunicating for Ms*** ***Because she said she was not ready before 1/3/we had sent our driver home for new years so they could be with there familyReason why we are late is because our truck broke down in new mexicoSo we try to fix the truck but the dealer was giving us the run around so we got another truck and reloaded the stuff and showed up on the 1/19/We dont have an idea of what Ms*** *** is talking aboutShe never called us to say if anything was damaged but she performed an inspection with Sal on each and every item before Sal leftWe gave the customer a huge discount for the inconvinence of being late of 900$She is well aware of that and she signed forShe had also signed and wrote in her hand writing that the crew were professional and politeThey shook hands and everything was alright
