called you and you avoided us because you didnt want to hear that we were charging a restock fee - when in all essence we were contacting you to tell you there will be no restock fee. The unit works, all you had to do is press the "ON" button - not sure if you need directions to do that - but ...there is also a CD manual in the carry case of the unitUnfortunately - businesses do not operate based off of other peoples financial well beingEvery company has policies and procedures to follow - as we did in this case, as we even went above and beyond waiving the restocking feeIf you read the paperwork from the invoice -These policies are stated right on your invoice 4) All Returns must be agreed with IE - and have an IE RMA numberBuyer responsible for shipping and handling fees.5) All returns subject to 25% restock fee6) Finance charge of 1.75% per month, will be added to all invoices not paid by due date.Not sure this calls for a complaint because we went above and beyond for a customer who was neglecting to take our calls - and all we were doing was informing them of the NON restock feeShouldn't we get an award or "Satisfaction Complaint" LEGALLY - we didnt have to return it or waive a restocking fee. But because we took your situation into account we waived all of those policies. Not fair that a customer can take this recourse because they were uneducated about the product and afraid of losing money. Either way - we will still be a 100% Customer Satisfied Company!!
