We picked up Bedroom Furniture from [redacted] on Aug [redacted] 2016, with estimates on the cost of labor and materials to refinish and paintWe got the verbal go ahead from her to start the work, along with a Deposit to do soWe sent her an Updated Invoice on 10/ [redacted] and again on 11/*The small additional fee ($95) for a modification that had to be made in order for the bed frame to be functional was removed at NO ChargeThis was all communicated through email and phone calls before the piece was even fixedThe only other fees added were Pick up and Delivery Fees of $each way, which is a reasonable price being that these were Very Large and Heavy Pieces Which took of our men time to Move and Bring out of the Walk Up Apartment with many stairsAll Furniture shops charge a fee of some sort for this it’s only fairOn 11/ [redacted] we were scheduled to deliver, and [redacted] Refused Disputing the Bill and so we Didn't deliver the SetWe contacted [redacted] Numerous times, and on 1/ [redacted] she told Barry she was going to try to sell the set and then would give us money for itSo we sent her Photos of the finished set for her to sellOn 1/ [redacted] We sent her an email stating the following: "Please keep in mind that as of October [redacted] we had finished these pieces and tried to schedule for deliveryThey have now been in our shop since then, and starting February [redacted] we will have to start charging you a daily storage feeIf payment is made before February [redacted] the we can waive the storage fee." We tried to contact her numerous times after this with no response and so April [redacted] I sent her a new invoice that included the storage fees we had warned her ofMy email got bounced back and we had to mail a hard copyIt took us time and money to pick up these pieces and days to work on themThey came out beautiful, and all we ask is that she pay the balance dueThey are taking up work space in our shop
