additional fee ($95) for a modification that had to be made in order for the bed frame to be functional was removed at NO Charge. This was all communicated through email and phone calls before the piece was even fixed. The only other fees added were Pick up and Delivery Fees of $285 each way, which is a reasonable price being that these were Very Large and Heavy Pieces Which took 2 of our men time to Move and Bring out of the Walk Up Apartment with many stairs. All Furniture shops charge a fee of some sort for this it’s only fair. On 11/** we were scheduled to deliver, and [redacted] Refused Disputing the Bill and so we Didn't deliver the Set. We contacted [redacted] Numerous times, and on 1/** she told Barry she was going to try to sell the set and then would give us money for it. So we sent her Photos of the finished set for her to sell. On 1/** We sent her an email stating the following: "Please keep in mind that as of October [redacted] 2016 we had finished these pieces and tried to schedule for delivery. They have now been in our shop since then, and starting February [redacted] we will have to start charging you a daily storage fee. If payment is made before February [redacted] the we can waive the storage fee." We tried to contact her numerous times after this with no response and so April [redacted] I sent her a new invoice that included the storage fees we had warned her of. My email got bounced back and we had to mail a hard copy. It took us time and money to pick up these pieces and days to work on them. They came out beautiful, and all we ask is that she pay the balance due. They are taking up work space in our shop.
