Bronson Guitar Works is one of the most greatest guitar repair shops that I have been in*** & *** *** are very good people and they really know their stuffI would very highly recommend Bronson Guitar Works to anybody that is looking forward to repairing, updating or modifying their acoustic or electric guitars with something that is a great qualityI have had my several electric guitars set up, upgraded, and fixed up by these guysAnd boy, I gotta tell you that these guys do a very excellent job with their repairing skillsThe Bronson Brothers have both helped me a lot with my stuff, and I am very thankful for both of them and I really appreciate thatPlus, it would be very nice if Bronson Guitar Works can be around for a very long time to comeBecause no other guitar repair works shop does a better job than Bronson Guitar Works*** & *** both rock at their bestThese guys have always stood by me when it came to repairing my electric guitarsBRONSON GUITAR WORKS ROCKS
I have went through this specific facility twiceThe first time was an extremely short term loanThe second one was not able to be paid for as quicklyI made all payments and the staff knew that I was not going to let the loan go into a "default"First of all...when one goes in to get a "payday loan"...one assumes payments are due whenever one is paidThis is where my complaint beginsI am an adult and fully aware of my pay dates and that I am to take my payment into the facility on that dateI DO NOT need them to start calling me (in excess) starting Wednesday of every pay week to ensure I will be coming to payI had a very specific note from the very beginning of this process that I CANNOT have them calling me while I am at work, as I work in a call center and that is not the place to discuss these kinds of thingsThere have been days that they have called (in one day) at the very lease times! This is very excessiveThey began trying to call me at work again and I told them this is not acceptableI had given them the day I would be to pay the previous day when they had, again, called my workplaceWhen asked why they needed to continue to call...I could not get a straight answerI would NEVER suggest such a HORRIBLE place to anybodyI was fairly impressed with the first transaction with the facilityThis quickly changed the second time as they became extremely annoying, they called excessively for days at a time, they are very rude, and talk down to customersI have now gotten to the point to ignore the calls, even when given a date...they continue to call MULTIPLE times a day
These guys at Bronson Guitar Works are really good. [redacted], and [redacted] are really the masters with all guitar repairs. They are the best. Highly Highly recommended.
