Review: I just moved to New York and needed a new phone number. I found that my apple phone from the UK was locked and went to this firm to get my phone unlocked. I dealt with this salesman: [redacted] and paid him $50 to unlock my phone. He told me that within 7 days my phone would be unlocked. It never happened and my phone remained unlocked until this week when I got it unlocked at ATT. I went back to him and asked him why my phone was not yet unlocked. He could not give me an answer. I asked for a refund and he refused and said that the company charges the $50 and he only works for the company. ATT were shocked when I told them how much I had paid to get my phone unlocked.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the service that I paid for but never received.
