PSR came out to the consumer's home in November of 2015. Upon arrival, I was not allowed inside the home to inspect the area where the leak is claimed to be. However, I did climb up on the section of the roof that we installed for our customer,...

that is not Ms. [redacted]. I noticed that the gutters had not been cleaned for some time, causing water not to drain, but back up onto the roof. As a result, the seam on the flat roof had expanded. As any roofing material manufacturer will say, ponding water on the roof is a main cause of damage to any roofing system. Also, most warranties, including the warranty for Mule-Hide, states that leaks caused by failure to maintain proper drainage (gutters) will not be covered under warranty. With that being said, I am not even sure the warranty on the roof was transferred to Ms. [redacted]. Regardless, this would not be covered due to lack of maintenance.

However, I have spoken with Ms. [redacted] this morning, and offered to come and clean her gutters and seal the seam on the flat roof at no cost to her. Please note that any leaks that are happening on any other part of the roof, other than the flat roof that I installed in 2012, I will not accept responsibility for.
