01/02/(10: am) ( [redacted] ) Even though I do not feel it was right, I went ahead and paid what they claimed I owed ($35)I have also found another provider and I am moving on with my life and trying to put this bad experience behind me Psyche Care Consultants is all about making money and they provide very poor customer serviceThey do not respect their patientsI have opened a case with the [redacted] in Jefferson City and was told that they would look into my allegationsMediator told [redacted] that we would close out this case and wished him good luck

I am rejecting this response because: I refuse based off the double standard I understand the policy but why are they allowed to charge me for missing an appointment but the the policy not stand when they are over an hour late, doctor is not in the
office and not inform me of such at check in I ad plans that evening Also, we never made an apportionment for 7/6/17, therefore we should not be held responsible for this appointment I tried to talk to the office manager but she basically accused me of lying and hung up on me Claiming I was yelling at her, however, I was in a public place when I made this phone call It seems from my experience when question anything about this organisation there response it to make it seem like you are making things up and have no credence for what you are saying and then they when you again try to state your case the do not like the confrontation and hang up on you I told the lady I talked to that *** did not received a phone call two days before, he has gone back and checked his phone and there is showing of any phone call And I know for a fact that if you do not answer this phone call, they do not leave a voice mail I brought this to their attention and was intimidate treated like I was lying They say they are willing to work with you but they don't They do not listen to your side and do not allow you to make your case So, no I will not be held to a standard that they themselves do not up hold Do not ask me to arrived 10-minutes early and keep me waiting over an hour without informing me that the doctor is not even in the office We are people too and have lives and when our appointment on 8/is at 5:we shouldn't find out the Dr*** is not even in the office at 6:and is running over an hour late I was going to pay the missed appointment fee from 6/26/but not if you want to mess with our time and there is no fee charged to the organization
