I have been collecting posters for over 50 years. I have a huge collection. Some years ago Collectors Weekly magazine wrote an article about my collection. I shipped some of them to the Psychedelic art Exchange to put in their auctions. They put some of them in their July 2024 auction, as well as auctions in August, September, and October.
In September, when I had not been paid for my posters they sold in the July auction, I sent them an email. I did not hear from them. Subsequently, month after month I sent email after email asking when I would be paid. I also asked them to return 2 items that they had placed in their online "store" which hadn't sold. They never returned my 2 items. In the meantime, they also sold some of my posters in their August, September, and October auctions. They never paid me for the sales.
Finally, 5 MONTHS after their July auction, I wrote to them again. I told them that I would be contacting law enforcement about their nonpayment, as this is fraud. Only after I did this was I paid the money I was owed. I gave them 1 week to finally pay me and even then they took 10 days. I called the telephone number listed on their website. No one answered and it went to voicemail. When I tried to leave a message for Glen it said that his voicemail was full and I could not leave a message. What kind of legitimate business that takes in thousands of dollars a month does not even check their messages?
The total amount of money was less than $1,000.
This is unethical, dishonest, and illegal. Once they sell my posters, the remaining amount after they take their commission is my money, not theirs to do with as they please. They used my money, and presumably others as well, as an interest free loan.
PLEASE TAKE YOUR POSTERS ELSEWHERE!
I was not offered or given what my items were nearly worth Glen T [redacted] & Scott T [redacted] both own Psychedelic ArtThey requested that I send them my vast collection of rock concert posters,by mailing me a large "shipper".Some quite valuableSince accedited by Revdex.com,I trusted that they would offer me an offer a lot of money in exchange for the very large amount of itemsBut,they only offered me $1,000,which I had to accept to help with medical billsAfterward I telephoned Glen T [redacted] and made a verbal deal for him to mail me back a Rolling Stones poster that I regreted sending for the amount of $Later that day he broke that verbal deal by telling me that Scott T [redacted] told him not to follow through with the dealThis is the worst, shady, unprofessional & unethical business practice that I've ever have ever experiencedThey both have [redacted] pages as being experts in these posters so they clearly knew they were cheating my in-experience,in this matter
