In response to this complaint, Ms*** was told by the head receptionist on July 7th, that her former doctor was not taking new adult patientsShe was told again the same information by another front desk person later in the dayAdditionally, she called the nurse and the office manager
and left messages complaining that she could not be seen but did not leave any information other than a phone numberAn attempt was to speak with her gain and no further contactThis person was quite angry and demanding on the phoneWe are a private practice are are not always able to take everyone who wants to be seenWe do not have this person in our system as ever having been seen, although that did mean she could not have been seenHowever after another call today with no response the situation remains the same in that her former doctor is not taking new adult patients and the other providers are booked out a few months and can not take anyone new at this time

On 7/7/I was never told that my former physician Dr*** was not taking new patientsThe receptionist was the one who informed me after looking me up that I was previously seen by him and would have to see him if he was taking new patients.She transferred me to leave him a messageHe never called me backI called after no response to find out if I could see a different physician, I was hung up on by a gentleman who told me he didn't know if the office was taking new patients at allI am not angry but very disappointed that this office is listing on the *** website that they are accepting new patients if they aren't? All I wanted was an answer and I still have not gotten oneThis email states other physicians are booked out a few months and are not taking any new patientsWhich one is it?? Are the other physicians booking new patients or not? Do I have to be seen by my former physician there or not?? The message from this office is also saying this office tried reaching out to me but has notMy phone number is ###-###-#### and I have not gotten any calls after several messages I left and several phone callsI am requesting clarification.
