Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Since November we have tried to make contact and have not received any responses to our multiple voice mails, emails or texts Our company is in the process of taking legal action thru our attorney, will stop the proceedings if and only if we receive a cashier's check no later than 2/1/ Regards, [redacted] ***
Our intent was not to defraud this company.We discovered that a high percentage of fan filter units were significantly out of spec.We are refunding the customers $4100 funds ASAP.
