to a agreement back in Feb on the 15th via a phone conversationThe agreement was for the amount of $that to be refunded regarding supplies and material that he had not yet receivedI maid it clear to him that I would continue to resend out the product after which *** *** said he would prefer to purchase the material him self as to which I replied was not a good ideaI also maid in clear that the products and material that I work with are custom to each clients individual birth charts and that I could not resell the product, however I was still willing to refund clients amount requested again of $but I that I would have to make it in instalmentsAs of to date I have refunded a total of $to *** *** again as per his request and are phone callI have maid no demands upon client regarding funds and I certainly did not use scared tactics*** *** is a adult and is of sound mind, he sought me out for help back in early January requesting my assistanceI do not seek persons out my clients come to meIn my years experience I have never had a complaint. Personally I am the one who feels violated and am being used to refund a amount that is out of orderI am paid for my time and services *** *** took up a great deal of my time and paid me accordingly.
