I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Funny how a department I've never spoke to can claim I am wrongIf need be I will contact an attorneyI've spoke to secretary's, billing and got transferred to the marketing director multiple times so no one had to deal with meAnd I reassure you NONE of them came to or gave me a resolutionWhy don't you talk to the lady there who told me I was not allowed to speak with anyone higher upBut of course, if I was running a shady business I'd probably back my employees tooWhy don't you call the multiple other people that have complained about the same thing Regards, [redacted]

I was never given any "two page form on the Outcomes protocol" -- which is the basis of my refusal to pay [redacted] ***

Your practices appear to be structured for the express purpose of grabbing money from potential patients and their insurance companies without actual concern for providing quality health careI am accepting this compromise just to be done with having to deal with youI struggled with feelings of hopelessness and anger for weeks after my appointment with Dr [redacted] - I felt worse after talking to him and the run around that you've built into your system only added to the stressI cancelled the appointment with the 2nd doctor because I was told nothing from my first appointment would be used by the new doctor and I was not going to risk being taken a second timeLuckily I have found a good respectable doctor to work with, my experience with your company was a topic of discussion The fact that you are happy to take as much money as you can get for providing absolutely nothing is still a sore point for meYou deserve public exposure Regards, [redacted] ***

We work hard to inform our patients of anticipated costs There is a two page form on the Outcomes protocol given to all patients at the time of serviceFurther our Financial Responsibility form outlines patient responsibility The Outcome Protocol helps to determine course of treatment In [redacted] 's case we did bill insurance, they paid $and require us to collect the copay of $ Her total bill is $ I would be glad to forward her a copy of the results Please let me know if any further action is required.Thank you

I spoke with the person that files this complaint There are many issues here and it will take a while to sort this out As soon as I have spoken to all parties I will be back in touch

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I spoke with staff on several occasions on this matter, and was directed to the Managing Director, who has STILL yet to return any of my phone calls, or phone calls of the [redacted] Ombudsman made on my behalf.A couple of things: [redacted] indicates that the clinician requested this "test", however the clinician stated to the patient that she never requested this, and was just as upset as the patient about this entire process and how it is being handled.It is absolutely wrong that the "test" is being billed not on the date of completionTo be billed for a test on a date on which it was not completed is wrongAnd to have the patient complete a "test" that was not requested by the provider is also wrongFor a receptionist to hand a one-sheet bubble "test" to a client to complete without any explanation of what it is or the billing for it is wrongThe "solution" offered by the business is not acceptableIf I do not receive an acceptable solution (having the billing date changed to the date the test was completed), I will be filing a complaint with the [redacted] 's office as well as my insurance company Regards, [redacted]
