I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I need them to indicate on the website that even though the ESA Letters don't expire, all airlines and some housing require that the letter be dated. And you must renew every year at $48 for it to be valid. They should indicate this everywhere that they "ESA Letters don't expire", but mention although...
