Psychotic Tattoo Co & Body Peircing

Review: I went to psychotic tattoo to get a belly button piercing and two weeks later I got an infection in the effected area ( belly button) and went to the doctor found out that I have a abdominal infection from the piercing and the needle not being properly sterilized. I called the guy to tell him and ask for a refund and he said the I was full of [redacted] and I explained to him that my fiance's sisters did the same thing and it was from the jewelry and needle not being sterilized and he can't just keep piercing people and giving them infections and he then continued to curse at me and tell me (he can do what he wants in his shop right or wrong and to [redacted] off). I told him I had my belly pierced before in 2010-2013 till I had to take it out due to my pregnancy with my son. from [redacted] in [redacted] and that is who also looked at the affected area of the piercing and the belly ring that he put in, and [redacted] said it was the wrong ring and if it got infected that fast he had to of used dirty needle and all he even knew who the guy was. The guy at psychotic’s (herb is his name) did not want to hear anything I had to day and hung up the phone on me. I am very dissatisfied and he has done this before and the belly is a very dangerous place to get an infection all I asked from him was a refund and I was nice about it and he got baligerant because he knows he was wrong and didnt sterilized it right I did everything I knew to do and what he said to do I never switched the jewlert that he put in I still have it and he told me I must of rubbed it wrong. He knew nothing of the up keep or anything. So I'm taking further action so no one else will get harmed from his poor hygen and no knowledge of the piercing he is giving.Desired Settlement: For him to gain knowledge in what he claims to know and piercing and if not to get shut down because someone can really get hurt from his poor actions I have a infection in my abdominal from his poor hygen and proper sterilization of needles
