That is partly true but most of it is a pack of lies.Brandon did not return my phone calls many times nor did his office they just shined me on!He told me up front he would deal with the manufacture on all levels and get it resolved at the time I was recovering from a major surgery and he assured me that he would take care of it.He would not return my calls nor did he show up at the place where the water tank was.I find it funny that now after its been over six months they have this partly true story , wherewere they when it happened? I have moved on and they are but a bad memory , you ought check out online complaint siteson the web there are many complaints against these people with similar problems as I had they seem to follow a pattern of not taking care of their customers once they get paid they never return

It's a rather lengthy explanation,and I am satisfied that Brandon did everything he could to satisfy and deal with Mr. [redacted]. The water...

heater in question wasn't even provided by us. Mr. [redacted] bought a Reliant gas water heater from Ace Hardware in Coolidge. The gas control box went bad on it and our technician Tracy went out after hours at time and a half rate to replace the gas control box.This customer provided water heater can't be guaranteed by us as our invoices state in bold print "One year guarantee on service. None on Customer provided parts or drain cabling." Our gas control box was not defective; it was discovered that there was an internal water leak that was a manufacturer issue.The manufacturer insisted that it was not. Brandon tried to deal with Ace and/or Reliant on Mr. [redacted] behalf, but they wouldn't cooperate. We are not under any obligation to act as Mr. [redacted] representative for a product he purchased, but to try to appease him, Brandon did try. Brandon can provide you with all the details.
