Review: I took my husband's suit to be altered on March 31, 2014. We picked it up on April 3, 2014. The leg inseams were lop-sided, and the seat had not been altered (even though the waist had been taken in). It looked awful on him. I called PTaks, and we never received a call back. We ended up taking it to [redacted] in Greensburg because our wedding was to be held on April 30th. [redacted] commented on how poorly the suit had been altered. We have the receipts to verify that [redacted] redid the alterations. I called PTaks 3 additional times before my wedding asking for a refund. I talked to a sales person each time, and each time I was told that the owner would call me back. No one ever called me back before my wedding. It is now May 13th, and no one has called me back.Desired Settlement: I'd like refunded $60.67, which is what I paid Ptaks. I have the receipt. I also have the receipt from [redacted] showing that they redid the alterations.
