Hello ***,
In reading your e-mail, being very disappointed in our product, and the lack of craftsmanship, there is only one explanation the table was damaged in shipping
With our current number of over tables sold, your table obviously was dropped somewhere in the shipping process, as I’m familiar with what you have describes with the issues of the tableIn years of producing this table this is only the fifth time this has happenI have insurance on each table against damage in shipping, Fed Ex as been 100% in reimbursing usMy company *** ** *** wood designs has been building high end Cabinetry, and one of a kind pieces of furniture for years and has been featured in magazines, we pride ourselves superior quality, and exceptional craftsmanshipYour table didn’t leave our facility in the condition you received itThat being said if I may ask could you take some photo’s to show issues you have explained, this is what I use in filing a claim with Fed Ex
As for the remedy, We can ship you another table as I’m certain you will be a very satisfied customer in having one that functions in the correct manner, or we can return your money

I HAVE GOTTON SEVERAL EMAILS FROM HIM, ONE ABOVE, THAT HE SAID HE CAN RETURN MY MONEY.....HOW WOULD HE KNOW HOW TO REPLY TO MY EMAILS IF ITS ALL BEEN IN HIS SPAM ??.....I HAVE WAITED FOR THIS REFUND SINCE AUG20, 2016...HE RECEIVED PHOTO'S I TOOK OF THE DAMAGED TABLE AND THE LAST I HEARD FROM HIM was A FED EX # SENDING A RETURN POSTAGE PAID TO RETURN THE TABLE: AUG 20....STATING HE'D BE REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK ONTO MY VISA....NEVER HAPPENED YET, AND NOW ITS NOV14, 2016.....HE IS LYING....HE'S RECEIVED MY EMAILS AND MY MESSAGES.....PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK...THANK YOU

one of our venders,? I also called him to inform him also
I extended apologies for the delay
We shipped his table as of Tuesday? November 3rd? ? FED? EX ground
