PTH Construction

My daughter and I hired PTH Construction to complete a renovation project that was included in my mortgage. The closing date was June 23, 2015 and he did receive 1/2 of the funding at that time. As of this date, the work has not been completed and the owner has refused to respond to phone calls or letters. In my opinion he is a complete rip off.
