Hello,We have been in contact with the customer and have successfully resolved the issue by issuing a full refund along with a credit to a future event.

Review: I purchased 4 all access passes a cost of $83 to the Red White and Brew Pub-crawl to be held by PubCrawls.com in Boston, MA on the dates of July [redacted] 2013. Upon arrival at the meeting place of Mija [redacted] we were instructed that the representative for PubCrawls.com had not arrived yet. We waited for an hour and a half before deciding to call it quits. We decided out of curiosity to see if any of the bars on our Pub-crawls list would honor the deals stated on the flyer from PubCrawls.com and were disappointed to learn that no bar would honor any deals without a representative or they said that they should not be on the list at all. The entire night was ruined and I had 2 friends from Portland, ME make the trip to join us. After the Friday night no-show, as a group we made the decision to not go to the rest of the dates on our all access passes out of fear of another ruined night. I have spoken with 2 representatives of PubCrawls.com who originally told me I would be refunded the entire amount. I then received an e-mail stating “management” would only allow a refund of $20 for the first night because a representative was in fact at the other 2 events. However as stated we did not attend the events because we didn’t know if anyone would show.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the full amount of $83 for PubCrawls.com failure to show any reliability of their business, and for ruining our entire [redacted] of July night.

Review: Pubcrawls.com was promoting the Hoboken St. Patrick's Day bar crawl on their website and offering "All Acess" and "Vip" ticketing packages for a select 30 bars in Hoboken for this bar crawl. Upon purchase, the consumer would receive a discount to any of the bars selected on the list for the duration of the day; and the bar which the consumer specified would be the "starting point," and location where the wristband could be picked up. Myself, and a group of 6 individuals each purchased the "All Access" passes for the discounted cover charge and discounted drink specials to The Shannon (a location specified by Pubcrawls.com as a participant). We each paid electronically, received confirmation and "tickets," and among the 6 of us the grand total was near $200+. Upon arriving at The Shannon the day of the event (bar opened at 11am), I spoke with [redacted] and they were unaware of the promotion, tickets, wristbands, etc and refused to honor. Pubcrawls.com is a complete scam. I have been trying to contact customer service and they refuse to respond. They are falsely advertising a product that does not exist, lying, and stealing from innocent people. I demand a refund and would like to report this company for fraud. I am extremely upset and also afraid for credit fraud on my account.Desired Settlement: I desire an explanation, apology, and refund from Pubcrawls.com immediately or I plan to bring my case to the proper authorities. I have the full support of The Shannon bar as well to pursue my claim.
