As discussed, *** *** had suffered a broken main sewer drain line in a small area in the inside of an unfinished basement which extended outward beneath the porch and outer exterior steps and sidewalk.Normally insurance policies do not pay for exterior excavation whatsoever or the co d t

Review: As soon as PAA received their payment we stopped getting return phone calls to finish fixing the damage or to follow through on their promise that they would help us deal with the insurance company to find a solution to the problem of the insurance company denying the replacement of the siding of the whole house even though we tried 4 major suppliers and the siding cannot be matched by color or pattern.Desired Settlement: That PAA stand behind their promises and help us find a resolution to the issues of the siding on my house.

Response:
Dear **. [redacted],
The complaint forwarded to my attention concerning the above captioned has been received and duly noted.
To begin, I apologize for not responding sooner, personally, in this matter. As a third generation owner and a thirty year veteran of this industry, I have never experienced so many adversarial positions with privatized insurance companies or National Flood [redacted] Program claims in a stonewall, delay, defend, deny format.
Quite frankly, we are overwhelmed by the need to constantly appeal insurance company claim replies in terms of value against which claim was made.
That being said, **. [redacted] is insured with [redacted] Company. Moreover, her [redacted] policy pays for direct physical damage in regards to siding, and not consequential matching on undamaged elevation points. Enclosed please find a letter dated April 19, 2013, from [redacted] of [redacted] Company reasserting that the insured does not carry the endorsement for matching for roofing and siding issues.
I thank you in advance for your kind attention on behalf of [redacted].
Sincerely yours,
President
