Dear Bertha BejaranoComplaint ID 12242677Hello my name is [redacted] and I am the owner at Public Auctions R US.  On June 24th went onto our online auction site and place 10 items. We have his IP ADDRESS that he placed these place. He also created his own account and profile and put in...

his won credit card information. He also clicked out " AGREE TO TERMS" button that all customers have to click before any customer is allowed to bid on our online site.MR. [redacted] went into his online account and made these bids. He is claiming that all his bids were placed on the [redacted] bid but he is just trying to commit fraud as he is from out of town and didn't read our terms and conditions that we DO NOT ship.We are located in Madera Ca and he is located Livingston Ca which is an hour and 4 minutes away from our facility. He called and said he wasn't going to pay for our bids. He is trying to  commit fraud by not honoring his bids for an online auction. He is also claiming that he won all his bids and they were his [redacted]. That is not true as you can see on his bids that I have highlighted that he did not win #119 he was outbid and he also not win 122 was outbid. He is trying to lie and not honor his bids. Attached I have his bid card number that states all our policies and procedures, I have our terms and conditions that he has agree to when he starts online bidding and has to click "AGREE" before he can even start biding. I have his customer information that he created and put in his account information all attached.  Mr. [redacted] has put in a dispute with his credit card and we are taking it up with merchant services so he is requesting something that he has already disputed. i take these very seriously and I do not like dishonest people that are trying to commit fraud by getting items from businesses and now trying to dispute them.I thank you in advance that this will be looked out very closely.Thank you very muchPublic Auctions R US[redacted]Owner11040 Hwy 41Madera Ca 93636###-###-####

Case Number 12256499Dear Bertha BejaranoOn 7/18/17 Ms. [redacted] went onto our online auction site and placed bids on 2 items. We are an online ans live auction that is located in Madera CA we have been open 4 years with around 11,000 customers in out database. On 7/8/17 Ms. [redacted] had to create an account...

with her personal information, create log in registration credentials, put in her credit card information, look at all items on our online catalog and place bids, she also had to register and put in her credit card information on her account. We have her IP ADDRESS that she placed these place. She also clicked our "AGREE TO TERMS" button that all customers have to click before any customer is allowed to bid on our online site.  We give our customers 3 days to pick up their items, Saturday during our live auction, Monday and Tuesday of the following week from 10am-5:30 pm. Ms [redacted] gave us a call that Wednesday and informed us that her 15 month baby went into her account, placed bids on two items and knew how to do bidding increments through the computer and put her low bid of $40 and her high bid of $150. It is totally not possible for a 15th month old baby to do bidding online. If Ms. [redacted] was honest with us and just told us she bid too high or she was from Bakersfield and didn't want to pick up her winnings on Madera, we could have worked with her. However when the customer lies to us and tells us that her 15 month old baby made the bid and also when a customer threatens us and screams on the phone we should not be subject to a person like that. I have attached our "Terms and Conditions" that online bidders have to agree to terms before they even are able to bid, also her two bids that she placed and the increments that she placed. Thank you for going over this matter for meas this is something that I take very serious.  Thank you again [redacted]Public Auction R US 11040 Hwy 41Madera CA 93636[redacted]
