Their sign up procedure is not above board and it is very easy to get conned out of $dollars if you are not careful They claim they are sending you email to confirm your registration--but it never shows up It is there that they tell you about what you will owe if you don't cancel your account They charged my credit card an initial fee of $when I looked up information--then proceeded to charge me a week later for a monthly fee of $ I specifically put the charge on a card that gives instant notification, and there was none There are two charges on the same day showing in my account when I looked for another charge this evening I do not recommend doing business with any company that does not state its policies out front on the websiteThey also require you to make a call to cancel an account One more piece of harassment that should not be allowed
I never once signed up for a continuous monthly contract or whatever and I have been forced into overdraftING my account the last months costing well over dollars in fess because they will not cancel whatever they've gone and signed me up forI havnt used this but one time and they continue to keep stealing my moneyHow do I get my money back because I'm not paying for a service I'm not using
They have taken over $off of my NetSpend cardI've emailed them telling them I never signed up for whatever business they are & did not give them permission to take my money

Advertized as a free service, then after ten minutes of filing out info and waiting on them to collect the data you have to Fill out a form that requires your credit card so they can then charge you for LOOKING at the info

Signed up for a free trial that ended on July 24th I was then charged on that day and wasn’t allowed a refund
