Review: This company has persisted in calling my home phone number five times in the last 10 days and refuses to leave a message. I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.Desired Settlement: I am on the national DO NOT CALL list, and I do not want to receive another call from this number.

Review: This phone solicitation business has called us at least one or more times a day. We are on the Do Not Call list and expect that choice to be honored by any legitimate business.Desired Settlement: We want confirmation this business will cease calling phone numbers on the Do Not Call list.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution will be satisfactory to me provided that I indeed do not receive further calls.

Review: Multiple calls regarding "free medical alert system".."fallen and I can't get up" with a request for a home appointment to install. I have neither requested or need such a system. These calls are continuous and harassing. Went to their website and requested them to remove my number from their call list. I have caller ID so I do not answer their calls but they continue to leave robo messages. I understand they are contracted by charity groups for fundraising but my calls appear to be for commercial profit. Besides any charity that contracts this company will no longer receive contributions from me. I am on the DNC list and I cannot see where my calls are for charities that are excluded under federal law.Desired Settlement: I would like an email or mail contact stating your position on my complaint. This will be part of any legal action I may take in the future against this company. I also would like my complaint to be registered by you. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

Re: Complaint ID #[redacted]Dear Ms [redacted],

We would like to submit the following response in regard to the complaint that you forwarded to our company:

Dear Ms. [redacted]

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Public Interest Communications represents a wide variety of charitable organizations. It is our responsibility to reach out to donors on behalf of our clients. But it is a greater responsibility of ours to maintain a considerate relationship between the donors and the organizations they have chosen to support.

We received your request to have your telephone number removed from our database on July 31, 2013. However, our records indicate that it was removed on July 30, 2013. This may include one or more organizations to which you have contributed. You will not be called by us again.

For clarification purposes, I would like to address the fact that Public Interest Communications does not represent any retail products or services. The calls regarding "home appointments "

that you mention in your letter would not have been from us. The reason I mention this is because we have no control over the discontinuation of those calls.

Review: email sent to address listed on Revdex.com website: [redacted]

Please remove [redacted] from your call list.

This is NOT the first time I am asking.

In addition, when I picked up the call on the second ring, I got an electronic message stating that the agent who had initiated the call was otherwise occupied.

I was given instructions to dial *star 20 (or perhaps some other combination), but that voicemailbox was full.

I was given another *number for the overflow mailbox, which was also full.

Then I was givern further instructions for another number, and there was no answer at all.

remove this number from your call list please.

we will never again try to answer so it wll be a waste of your timeDesired Settlement: we get frequent calls from this company.

I would like for all branches of Public Interest Communications to

PLEASE STOP CALLING.

thank you

Review: Company has been calling my cell phone; calls at least twice a day for a number of days in a row. When I answer the call, there is no one responding. When I call their phone number, the taped phone message identifies themselves as Public Interest Communications and if I want to be removed from their phone list to leave a phone number. I have done this!Desired Settlement: If the company wants to solicit by phone, there should be someone at their end to respond when they make their phone call. Also, calling a phone number at least twice a day (between 4 and 7 PM)for a week is very irritating.

Review: These people constantly call with robo-callers, always ask for me if my wife answers, and if I pick up they go into a spiel about some kind of charity or non-profit that I may once have given money to. I have lost my hearing and have serious back problems that make it hard for me to get to a telephone, so my wife handles calls for me. We have tried to get off their lists, but they keep calling.Desired Settlement: Please ask them to quit calling us! Thank you.

Business

Response:

Review: This phone number calls my phone twice a day, every single day, even weekends. It claims sometimes to be a charity, other times they try to sell you a credit report, other times they simply hang up, sometimes they seem to robocalls.I am on the Do Not Call Registry, and have told them not to call me. This is the MOST annoying thing going. I have filed numerous complaints with the DNC, and still get the calls.Desired Settlement: Get the number disconnected!!! Report to [redacted] (the carrier) that they are abusive.

We would like to submit the following response in regard to the complaint that you forwarded to our company:

Dear Mr. [redacted]

We sincerely apologize far any inconvenience we may have caused you. Public Interest Communications represents a wide variety of charitable organizations. But it is a greater responsibility of ours to maintain a considerate relationship between the donors and the organizations they have chosen to support.

Due to the nature of our work, Public interest Communications is exempt from the National Do Not Call List. However, we completely respect that fact that some charitable donors do not wish to be telephoned.

We received your request to have your telephone number removed from our database on October 29, 2014 and removed the telephone number ###-###-#### from our database. This may include one or more organizations to which you have contributed. You will not be called by us again.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
