Company ignores hour worked laws and also ignore labor laws.
If you clock in and out on the phone or app, and the shift does not register, they do not care on helping to fix the problem. they say they will have a supervisor look into it then hang up. This company has Zero-Care of the consumers and Providers.
And what is this about Consumers have to approve the providers' time worked and providers have to document their own hours? This is why the Labor department was created for... to protect the workers and the people from free labor!
Also, the consumers should not be lifting a finger of any type of work.

I truly hope the courts dismiss Hochul's PPL sham and says the consumers and providers can go back to the agencies so they can feel secure.
