I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Again, I was there for an appointment (early) to view the carThey showed me the car before a deposit was taken by a buyer from out of stateWhy would they be so dumb as to sell to someone over the phone while another person was looking at it??? The salesperson provided the keys to the car so it must have been availableThe used car "manager" knew I was there but then sells the car while its is being shown! No, I'm not accepting this sloppy and unethical business practiceI left message inquiring about other cars and they didn't bother to even call me backThey better come up with a proper solution or this will need to be settled in a different way

The business states that this particular vehicle was aggressively priced and was being looked at by several consumers. This consumer didn't make any commitment and the car was sold; someone placed a deposit and purchased the vehicle before Mr. [redacted] made a decision. The business also states...
that they have attempted to contact the consumer several times and is still waiting for a response. Dealer is still willing to work with customer to locate a vehicle.
