Since you admit you were told on the phone I will refund

[redacted] will be coming to inspect The phone number we had was not in service we had to track down a new phone number from the service coordinator Any [redacted] s and we got a returned email with a new phone number yesterday *** plans to contact you today via that phone number If you have a preferred number you would like us to call you on please provide it to me Otherwise we are going to try the one we were givenThanks***

I have sent our SrPM to meet with the customer We worked for several days completing everything that the customer wanted I know there are a couple outstanding items that are being addressed and a paper work item that I am meeting with my team about on Wed We told the customer we would have everything complete by end of this week and we are working towards that At this point we are 98% complete with correcting the issues for the customer.ThanksBob

We attempted multiple times to repair the faucet. We finally got the manufacturer involved and they asked us to test the water pressure at the house. We found the house to have extremely high water pressure coming in from the city. We were told they needed to have a pressure regulator... installed. We installed one at our cost for the customer and have not heard of any other leaks since then. We believe this has taken care of the issue.

I have spoken to the customer and came to a resolution. She will confirm this.Thank you, ***

No company would test the pressure coming into a house when you are changing a faucet this is not industry standard. Once the faucet leaked we did everything to try and figure out the problem. The problem has nothing to do with the work that we did. It is a city issue that her house is being supplied water pressure way higher than normal. All we did was offer her a solution to the problem and that solution not only fixed the issue with the faucet it will also save her problems in the future because this could have resulted in a water line breaking and flooding the house. Once we identified this we worked quickly to address the situation and we only charged her for the cost of the part and cost of labor there was no mark up on this work. I will split the cost and refund of the bill but there is not much more I can do at this time

First of all we have a policy of charging for quotes when we know the damage we are looking at is for a rental property or something that is not a loss. This is because people want us to write estimate when properties get left in a mess by a tenant or vandalized and they have no
intentions of hiring usThey use our quotes to goto court and get a judgement and then do the work themselvesThe quote is not over inflated and the example you use and say we charge twice for the same thing is not accurate. We charge to Clean the walls and then seal and paint them. What is double charging in that? If there are items you don't want done you could gladly take them off the estimate and we would be happy to adjust the estimate. I believe you are now coming up with a story because you have an estimate and you want your money back. As for all the issues you say other people have its pretty hard to file a complaint against a company and you actually have never had any work done. You are filing a complaint on behalf of others that haven't filed a complaint. I can't address any specifics because you fail to give specifics and namesI can answer one thing or sure, saying we took money from people and did not come back is completely false, I can prove this because 99.9% of our emergency service work is performed prior to receiving any money and most of the time can be in excess of days for the insurance company to pay the policy holder so they can pay us. So again we are not taking money prior to completing the job and when we collect our money we have been done for many days prior to the customer paying for any services. This makes it even harder that we must satisfy a customer or they won't pay us. The roles are really reversed not the way you are saying

I personally dealt this this customer yesterday and met with everyone involved. He was called by *** last evening to go over the plan for Monday to finish or correct whatever he is not happy with. He agreed that this was satisfactory and *** who is a sales associate for the area
and myself will stay involved until he is happy. Again this was relayed about 5pm yesterday and I was informed he was fine with everything and was waiting for us to come out next Monday. I don't know why he complained after he had been told what the corrective action would be. At this time I can't do anything else until we begin the process on Monday of repairing any complaints that he has.Thanks

Below is the Response from the PM that came in and fixed all the issues that we thought we had. This was done some time ago and is the first we have heard of this since we came back and fixed everything once. *** will be contacting the customer to see what he is requesting and we
will fix any issues that are ours.Response below from *** *** who was the last PM in the home is below."1st I heard about a tile issue. We installed a new floor system & dropped tile to make it flush with main floor to eliminate curbing. Installed new schluter system & new shower fixtures to meet ADA. I personally met with handicap young man to go over layout of new fixtures & seat to get his approval prior to new tile installationthere were a few areas I addressed with him prior to their occupying bathroom. there was a broken tile on wall from *** *** tightening handicap handrail & he went back to correct. Prior to my leaving they were talking with me to give them a price for new sidewalk and additional work They were happy with our efforts & attention to detail"Again we will look into and see what is going on, Thanks *** ***
