Review: I sent in a check for $55 to continue a subscription for 24 issues. I mailed a check (#[redacted]) on 8/17/14 and it was cashed on 10/20/14 and posted to a [redacted] account number. My subscription expired on 11/1/14 and I have yet to receive the magazine. I checked and this is an active account with [redacted] and I would like a refund of my $55. The tracking number is included below.Desired Settlement: A check refunding my $55 for a subscription I never received and is now three months late.

Review: I never received my US Weekly magazine after renewing my subscription through this company.

I received a renewal notice in the mail for US Weekly magazine, from Publication Date Service Center. I sent them check #[redacted] for $89.95 on July 10, 2013 and the check was deposited by Publication Center through Bank of the West on 7/22/13. I have never received my magazine subscription. I contacted US Weekly and they indicated that they did not receive any renewal request or payment. I tried to contact Publication Center, with no responseDesired Settlement: I would either like to receive my magazine subscription which I paid for, or be refunded the $89.95.

I received my refund in full. Ideally I would have liked to have had the magazine subscription when I paid for the renewal. Publication Center should have applied my money towards my renewal and avoided the hassle that this has become. I now know never to renew a subscription with their company again.
