I just received a renewal for a magazine that my mother subscribed to last year. Only problem is she never received the magazine so why do they think she would give them another $179.95? She did two subscriptions with this company and didn't receive either. Spent over 300.00 for nothing. Older people make easy targets

I tried responding via the Revdex.com website but was unable to.Regarding Ms***’s request to have something in writing for her order of People magazine, her order was placed 4/9/18. The delivery time to receive the magazine is between and weeks as indicated on the order form. If she has not received it by that time, we will provide a full refund as well as a one year subscription to her at no cost.Thank you

We are in receipt of Ms***'s complaint Her check was received on 3/28/and was sent to the clearinghouse As indicated on the order form "Please allow six to twelve weeks for your order to begin." If Ms*** would like a refund, she will be assessed a $

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find the information confusing. When I contacted *** and asked them if they had received my order from this company, they said they do not do business with this company. So I'd like to keep my order if I can have something in writing saying that by a certain date I will receive my magazine and if not I should get a credit. I dont understand why they are sitting on my money so long anyways. So, I will accept if I get something in writing stating when I shall receive my magazine and if it does not arrive then I will get a refund. Just still very shady to me why *** says they dont do business with them

I paid a partial payment of $24.98 to them for a Sunset magazine renewal. I have recently rec'd a subscription renewal direct from sunset magazine offering me 2 subscriptions for $14.00. My balance with PPS is still 24.97. I refuse to pay and requested an immediate refund. This smells of a scam to me
