Good service and great prices. Every time I call the customer service they are super helpful and gave me a discount on my balance

I have repeatedly tried to cancel this service and no one will comply. I have phoned and emailed the company. Magazine subscription scam where I thought I was renewing a single magazine I was currently getting. Now being charged $44.10 for next 20 months. I have contacted company via phone and email asking to cancel and all they say they have me on recording agreeing and will not cancel service.

I am Mary *** who is *** appointed REP PAYEE by the Veterans Admininstration, as Richard has Dementia and I am in charge of his bills. Somehow this company reached him by phone and they got his debit card from him for magazines which he has never gotten anyways.They have him down for 5 different magazines, which he would never use, some are for 20-60 issues. I have tried emailing them and it does not go thru. It is noted in a letter from them that magazines run for 60 months!..He had no idea what he was getting into and I need for them to cancel his contract immediately. I think this is all a scam and they took advantage of an elderly, disabled veteran!

Ms. nor Mr. has ever contacted our office since the order was placed, attached is a copy of his account notes that show no contact from anyone. The order confirmation letter Ms. referred to clearly states our at will cancellation policy, our toll free customer service phone number and the payment plan. The purchase price reported by Ms. is inaccurate, attached is a copy of the order confirmation Ms. is referring to along with the order original and current balance. Per this request our company has canceled and refunded his account.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. They have refunded his money as of today. Thank you so much for your help in this matter . You have come to the aid of a disabled Veteran. I hope the same can be done with the other magazine company.

Terrible company with absolutely no customer service skills. I have asked numerous times to speak with a manager when being harassed daily by their calls only to be hung up on. And when you call the main office you get an anonymous voicemail and no return calls! Stay away from this company!

My wife subscribed to magazines thru this company. We later cancelled the order. They turned it over to a collection company. In a letter we received from the company states in part:
(Publishers Service Inc asks all customers who are unhappy with their service to call our toll free number to resolve any issues before contacting the credit card company. If the issue cannot be resolved, Publishers Service Inc will cancel any future credit card transactions and provide a 100% money back guarantee.). We have received no magazines, but the collection company wants $300.00 for cancelling the magazines.

But they turned it into a collection company (Interstate Recovery Service) and they want $300.00 for the cancelled service. We did not receive any magazines.

They did not refund everything we paid in. They refunded $29.90 for one month. They collected that same amount for three months.

This business bills for subscriptions never placed and doesn't respond to requests to cancel in writing or on the phone.

The customer has never contacted our company since she placed order. We have verified delivery and start date of all subscriptions ordered by the customer which started in 11/2018. We have attached proof of non contact from customer and delivery of subscriptions purchased. Her account was sent to our third party collection company, Interstate Recovery Systems on 1/14/18 for non payment. During the time her account was in collections we contacted her multiple times at the phone number we had on her account with no response from her. Additionally we are providing a copy of our terms and condition which was provided to the customer at the time the order was placed.

I have written to the business and with no success to cancel the subscriptions they have in my name. Written requests should be honored, and I requested also that they NOT call me. Any calls are ignored because of upselling efforts.

Great customer service! My magazines are always on time. I was out of work for a couple months and when in called them they said they would just pause my billing without stopping my magazines until I could afford to pay.
