The Assistant Manager at the Publix Supermarket in [redacted] Her name is Mary E [redacted] and she is Rude,She Screems at the Employees she is the boss of as well as other Manager Staff,it's was so bad that I ask her why she talked to people like that and her reply was STAY OUT OF IT,the last time it embarresed me to the point that I will never go back in a Publix Supermarket again

I bought stock through my father, and my my father bought it for my sister as well My mother and father drove hours from Pensacola to Lakeland to the stock office to try (my father had attempted this before; it was not processed successfully) to sign the paperwork to have my name and address only on my stock, my sister's name/address only on hers, etcThe man from the stock department screwed it up, changing the addresses for my sister and me to the Lakeland address...not my parents' current Milton, FL address, nor my AL or my sister's Phoenix address The mail was not forwarded so a letter indicating the guy had screwed up the change request was sent to me and my sister...to Lakeland I finally got the letter--which told me my certificates were about to expire--this fall...well after the expiration dateLast week I drove to Milton, picked up my mom, and met my sister (flew in from Phoenix) in Lakeland to clear out the house so we could sell it to pay for my father's advanced dementia facility careWe went in person to the stock office to get this right once and for allWe were in ***'s office and my mother presented her PoA for my father (who can no longer sign anything); it was validated by an attorney named *** who spoke to my mother's attorney (***) and was faxed a verification that the PoA was valid and executed by ***Then my mother, my sister, and I signed enough papers to kill a forest, with another lady coming in to witness our signatures and then signing off on them herself I also had to go get a money order (really; no transfer from a Publix acct?) for the re-issue of certificates ($for me; $for my sister) because of the error the stock guy made back in Sep Finally it was all done and we were told we would receive our new certificates, past/current dividend checks, etcInstead a received a letter that stated "additional information/documentation is needed to complete your request" and "please complete the enclosed Stock Power, signed by all the registered stockholders and witnessed by another adult who is not listed in the registration on the account." This is EXACTLY what we did in ***'s office last weekThis kind of poor performance, failure to accomplish simple tasks, lack of leadership/accountability, and a flippant, uncaring attitude by the personnel in the stock office--which has long been a trend--is simply unacceptable It needs to get fixed now and people held accountable for their screw-ups Of course, as I thought about it, these mistakes all favor Publix; imagine the tens of thousands of other current and former associates trying to make similar stock moves/changes...and how many get screwed up When I/we get no dividend checks, Publix gets to continue collecting interest on that money...so are the screw ups even an accident My situation needs to be fixed ASAP and the whole stock department's performance and operations need to be reviewed and changes/improvements made

I have made a complaint in regards to the treatment of customers using coupons at Publix. It's getting very hard to save as a consumer because Publix Cashiers act as if every person using coupons are out to do fraud or clear shelf's. Publix advertises ads and promotions to use coupons and shop here hassle free, but when you get to the store your looked down on and frowned upon and I even had a cashier to go to he shelf while she was working to get merchandise for herself, just in case I wanted to take it all. I'm tired. I walked into Publix and the manager saw me and everyone turned and stated watching me and my children. I've complained about previous experiences. There's no resolution

Have been a regular customer for 13 years. Over the past year I have found misleading advertising to be a pattern. Today, there was a BOGO for a leading brand of pasta. Add stated only BOGO. Of the brand only. In the store, in small print, sign read 32 oz. the only 32 oz boxes were on the top shelf and limited to only spaghetti with only a small stack difficult to reach or read. On the middle shelves were multiple types of pasta of that brand but only in 16 oz boxes. With those 16 oz boxes was another sign for create your own BOGO but in small print it also specified 32 oz. I brought it to the attention of the manager who insisted that I SHOW him the add on my publix app and when he saw that the add did not specify 32 oz only, he went to look at the print add as well. It didn't specify 32 oz only either. Rather than acknowledged that the add was misleading, he insisted that since the add did not specify any size then it was just fine. I told him that I had been a long time customer and that this did not pass the smell test. He didn't seem to be in the least interested in my opinion. He did offer to remove the 32 oz boxes of spaghetti from my cart whic I agreed to allow him to do. Will no longer shop at store at crossroads center (#162)

What upsets me the most is that these two people promote something that publix is clearly not known for. Publix is know for customer service and states "Where shopping is a pleasure".I personally don't feel this two people should work there let alone be in charge of a store when they can't do their job right and accuse a regular paying customer. I'm a nurse and I don't need to be stealing a $6.99 matte lipsticks. I could have gotten arrested over a huge mistake these two incompetent people made this afternoon, when all I wanted to do just get some quick personal stuff and go on about my day. Unfortunately these two employees do not under how bad this could have ended up for me. Not only did I pay for merchandise but I still get accused of stealing and profiled. I wish to file a complaint against the manager and assistant manager of Publix located at 242 North Orlando, Florida. My husband went there several times already to complain that their Publix Premium Spicy Italian pizza has MOLDS !!! We purchase them from other Publix branches but do not encounter the same problem. Instead of dealing quietly and politely to resolve the problem, they denied the existence of molds even though it was very obvious. My husband opened a new box and the comparison was so obvious, one had molds, the other didn't. The management of the store is very racist in dealing with my husband who is an Asian American. Very unprofessional management behavior. The manager, a Black American, and his assistant, a white American both ganged up on my husband when he complained about the pizza with molds. Are they not keeping a close eye on the quality of product they put on their shelves! I hope Revdex.com follows up with this complaint for this Publix branch located at 242 North Orlando Avenue, Maitland Florida.
