Pucci Foods did not inform me when I ordered pounds of crab that I would only receive pounds of crab and still be charged for pounds of crabMy event was on a Saturday, and my staff and I, immediately called Pucci Foods to find out where was the other pounds of crab going to arriveWe could not reach anyone at Pucci Foods on that SaturdayFirst thing Monday morning, I called Pucci Foods to complain about my order and where was my pounds of crabI spoke to the purchasing coordinator, then she explained that this was a common practice at Pucci FoodsI asked her why did she not explain this practice to me before, "she stated, she thought I was a returning customer and I knew." I told her that she should have informed me of this practice when first ordered the crab, sent or given me something in writing, but instead I was deceived out of my money and product
Pucci Foods is a deceitful company, they have never tried to reach out to me in anywayI have not received one phone call, email, or letterI petitioned the Revdex.com to aid me in a resolution
