Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This response is completely and utterly unacceptableI performed a business transaction with Custom Built PCs, in which I paid money for a specific item to be deliveredI paid the money required, and I was sent, to the admittance of Mr [redacted] , the wrong item INTENTIONALLYFurthermore, Mr [redacted] has at no point during this situation ever claimed responsibility for himself or his businessHe quoted that I hung up on the rep I was speaking toI was speaking to HIMHe said that it was ' our' last responseHe owns this business and he needs to quit hiding behind other people or the illusion that he wasnt a complete it to send me a micro atx case as a replacement for a completely different size caseHe gladly took my money and sent me the incorrect cheap piece of garbage that I will do everything in my power to get refunded forI prefer to support smaller business but because of the interaction with this incompetent, unprofessional thief, I am going to have to stick to business that I know have integrity and professionalismI do not consider this ***er closed by any means [To assist us in bringing this ***er to a close, we would like to know your view on the ***er.] Regards, [redacted]

To Whom it may concern, When Mr*** placed his order he agreed to the following terms and conditions:Return Policy:You can cancel this order within days after you have received itYou can return new opened items from a cancelled order within days after they have been delivered to youItems must be in original conditionOther fees may apply to items not in original conditionItems should be returned in there original packaging and include all cables, accessories, etcAll returned items are subject to a 15% restocking feeThe purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance for all returned items for any reason. Mr*** also had a no cost case exchange option and he elected to return the caseWe are very clear about this return policy in the first page of checkout in our shopping cart systemIn a good faith attempt to resolve the issue for Mr*** we have done the following Waived any restocking fee of 15% . Extended the window of returns to help the customer resolve the issue. The merchandise must also be in original condition upon return for a refundIf we have not received the merchandise within another days we will no longer honor the return as the window of returns has expiredWe have done everything possible at this point to help the customer resolve the issue, customer is entitled to full refund of $less shipping.Thanks,*** ***

I should not have to pay return shipping to send back the wrong item that was intentionally sent. I will not consider this problem rectified until the return shipping is paid for by Custom Built PCs and I receive a full refund for 35 dollars.

To Whom It May Concern,Mr. [redacted] failed to return the item according the terms and condiftions he agreed apon when he purchased the item. The period of returns has expireded as of May 17th, 2015. A refund is no longer available for this item. We extended the return time an additional 18 days for Mr. [redacted] and waived restocking fee, we did not receive the case in the 18 days. We regret the situtation, this will be our final response.Thanks, [redacted]
