Extended the window of returns to help the customer resolve the issue. I should not have to pay return shipping to send back the wrong item that was intentionally sent. I will not consider this problem rectified until the return shipping is paid for by Custom Built PCs and I receive a full refund for 35 dollars.

The period of returns has expireded as of May 17th, 2015. A refund is no longer available for this item. We extended the return time an additional 18 days for Mr. [redacted] and waived restocking fee, we did not receive the case in the 18 days.
