having when you calledIf for any reason your card is declined on our website amessage will appear to you as to why the transaction didn't processYour particular transaction responded with this credit cardmessageThe billing address does not match the billing address on the creditcard- Note thateverytimeyourbankchecksyouraddress it may place a hold on your credit card thatwill not be released for3-business daysPlease ensure the billing address isaccurate before retrying the transaction."Asstated in the message, your bank put a hold on your account for the amount of the order for however many times thetransaction was submitted.Pudgie's Pizza and its affiliates are powerless to alter credit or void the authorizationOnly the issuing bank can release the hold.The cardholder must contact the bank and request that the funds be releasedOtherwise, the bank will release the funds once theauthorization expiresThis can be 3-businessdays or as long as several monthsThis whole scenario is very frustrating for not onlythe customer but for us as wellWe are powerless to prevent it other than to turn off the AVS feature which is not recommendedand poweriess to correct the matter after it has occurredTo make matters worse, your bank statements make it appear that ourstore requested the authorization or hold.So in answer to your complaint, nowe do not have the capabilities to resolve this issue for you, and our staff informed you that wewere unable to do thisOur corporate office also spoke with you, explained this to you and informed you that if your bank neededanything from us stating that you did not receive product for your purchase that we would be more than happy to do that for you.We pride ourselves in customer service and are apologetic that you were not pleased with the answers we have given youInregards to not hearing from us,wedid explain to you that after you contacted your bank to please contact us and let us know ifthey needed any informationWe are sorry you were not happy with this as you ended the telephone conversation very abruptly bydisconnecting.This is our third response to you in regards to this matter and have done our best to explain this to youUnfortunately it is yourbank that has placed this hold, and it is your bank that can remove the holdMost banks operate under the same policy when itcomes to placing holds, so carefully consider this when using your cardWe cannot be responsible for the policies of the customer'sbanking institution regarding the holding of authorized funds.We hope this addresses your concerns.Weappreciate your business and hope to continue to serve you.Sincerely,*** *** **cPudgie's Good Time Pizza, Pasta and SubsExecutive Corporate Office Manager
