I am rejecting this response because:1. Their was no appointment set-up on June 28 2017 they came on their own because we have our own services plan with the washer and dryer.2. On July 5 Jim called in the morning and said he would get back to me in the afternoon, but never did.3. We inform Jim that we would like a full refund because the job was done incorrectly causing a plumbing problem.4 Thursday July 6 Jim called back at the end of his day of work and said he would like to come over on Friday July 7 but that didn't work for me and this whole week he is on vacation and we have not receive any calls from Air Mechanical.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2014/11/06) */
Air Mechanical installed a used boiler provided by Mr. [redacted], as part of a builder/remodeler project with his builder. Once the builder was fired from the project, Air Mechanical completed the work in good faith per the original agreement...

and specifications provided by both the builder and the homeowner.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2014/11/07) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The contract Air Mechanical references in their response is the contract they entered into with our general contractor. We are talking about the new contract that we opened up with them in September of 2013. We would be happy to provide a copy of the contract in question. This contract consisted of correcting an issue with the air handler they had installed, installing a hepa filter and all of its ducting and troubleshooting a mysterious problem with the brand new boiler we had provided Air Mechanical with to install in the new construction home. We have a contract with Air Mechanical that was paid in full but they have not fulfilled. The contract consisted of installing a hepa filter unit, which has not been installed correctly. Installing the duct work to that system to make it function properly and to make our new boiler function as it is supposed to. Air Mechanical has cancelled on us several times without notice, yelled at us over the phone, made it out to seem as if the problem was us or our equipment instead of that they have yet to complete their contract for installation. Has had non-licensed employees come out to install equipment which has made the problem worse and has repeatedly refused to correct the situation. Air Mechanical continually refuses to acknowledge that they have failed to complete other aspects of the contract, such as the hepa filter unit they provided, and continues to claim that the issue is our "used boiler" which is not true. The boiler we provided them was brand new and had been inspected by several parties prior to installation. After Air Mechanical cancelled without notice an appointment for service in October of this year we had another heating company come out and asked them to complete the scope of work outlined in our contract with Air Mechanical. They completed the work in one day and we have had zero issues with the boiler since. The issue was that the wrong size exhaust stack was installed on the boiler by Air Mechanical and the reduced venting wasn't sufficient to allow the hot air to escape which created repeated rolling out of the boiler. When the correct exhaust stack was installed the boiler functions perfectly. They also had to correctly install the hepa filter and correct the improper ducting between the filter and the air exchange unit. We are now seeking reimbursement from Air Mechanical for the service call we were forced to make to Minneapolis/St. Paul Plumbing and Heating to complete the work Air Mechanical refused to do. We would be happy to provide the estimate and bill of services rendered by Minneapolis/St Paul Plumbing and Heating for $3865.

Hi,I believe the water softer issue was corrected, but we were told there was an issue with the washer as a result of our error on the installation. We agreed to send a tech out on June 28th to look at he washer, to either fix or replace as needed to make it right with the customer. However,...

the customer was not home and we made several attempts to reach her while the tech waited, and after no response, we send him on his way. I spoke with [redacted] this morning and found out there is more to the story, and we are working on a final resolution. Air Mechanical is still willing to stand by our and work look at the washer to see if it needs to be fixed or replaced. If the customer still wants a full refund, we offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and we'd be happy to honor a full refund and we'd come remove the unit accordingly. I will get back to [redacted] by the end of the day with a resolution. Sincerely, Jim [redacted]
