This office does everything possible to get money from their patients. I have scheduled a yearly physical for myself and my husband and still they charged us both for the copay- when the yearly physical is 100% by the insurance!! I called and spoke with Anna from the billing department, may I say she was very condescending, rude and had no accountability for the job she is being paid to do, offered no assistance in resolving the matter and just plain rude, as she hung up the phone on me. Anna told me the reason why I was charge was because we talked about my thyroid on the yearly physical and that is not covered... Well, it is a yearly physical and if the doctor asks me for my overall health I think would be prudent for me to let him know about it. Besides he asked !!
Unbelievable what this office does! Anna has also told me to when seeing a physician for a yearly exam to let me know is a yearly exam so he does not make any other questions not pertaining to the physical....!!! What a scam is this office!!
