I took my vehicle in to get the water pump replaced and the oil changedThe shop quoted me $when I picked my vehicle they charged me $When I questioned the charge they told me the cam sensor was broken (which was brand new and replaced last month), several bolts were broken among other items that were not broken before taking my vehicle to get fixedThe shop never called to tell me about the issues they found they claimed the did the work and didn'tI ended up paying the $and the car didn't even make it miles before all the fluids blew out of the carThe car only needed minor work and it is costing us 2x the amount that was quoted which is against the lawThis is the worse shop EVER and should be shut down for unethical business practice

Pueblo Imports had possession of my vehicle for 5 weeks.
They said they would fix a seized AC compressor (of which, the mechanic later mentioned that he had originally installed the new compressor backwards). They also said they had the ability to craft a fully functioning key, which was false.

I was called and told that my vehicle was ready for pick up. It was never mentioned that my car's convertible top was slashed with a knife and then cleared out for the few things in the car.

On 6/1/16 I took my2007 Mercedes Benz MClass 320 to Pueblo Imports because my windshield wipers were not operating. They performed a diagnostic and stated the wiper motor was froze and would cost well over $700.00 to repair. I paid the diagnostic fee of $57.50 and took my vehicle to another mechanic ([redacted]) and he proved that the problem was electrical not a froze motor. I drove to the [redacted] in Colorado Springs and the concurred that it was an electrical issue. While also looking at my vehicle they observed that the serpentine belt needed replaced. They did the work and the total came to right over $500.00. When I questioned Pueblo Imports the woman there became very rude and indignant stating their reputation was great and they knew what they were doing. Well I am sure they knew what they were doing and that was basically trying to swindle me. They are crooks!

I have a 2002 volvo s80 I took it to pueblo imports for a noise they found that I needed a ball joint. I paid for the work to be done and when I dropped it off I told the owner to make sure that they be careful with my rims because they are brand new. he said he would. they got done with my car so I picked it up the next day. I took it to get a alignment and relized that one of my brand new rims had been been curb. I took it right back and the owner [redacted] he claimed he was the only one to drive it and he didn't do that. I told him my rims were fine when I dropped it off.I told him I don't think that his customers should have to take a picture of everything on their car when they drop it off to be worked on he got a attitude and said it had to happened somewhere else.he tried blaming it on the people who did my alignment stating that they have to test drive my car to do a alignment.I explained that I was there and they never test drove my car so again this falls back on pueblo imports because they are the only ones to drive my car within the one day I dropped it off and my rims where fine.how could it happen somewhere else if my car rims were fine when I dropped it off and now one of my rims has a ugly gash in it. there is also a new noise coming from my car that I never heard until pueblo imports worked on it. I am very unsatisfied with this buisness and would not recommend it to anyone. I didnt pay a lot of money to fix my car just to pay more for me to keep my car nice.
