Very unprofessional, unorganized and unhelpful company.
1st meeting with them was at [redacted] with a staff member who later quit (prior to our wedding). We were then stuck communicating back and forth with the "owner" who was acting as if our requests were unreasonable. Don't even know how this company is still in business.
I usually do not write negative reviews but I really want to make sure this never happens to another bride.
I hired Dahlia Event Design and Production in October 2014. After an amazing initial meeting and consultation I signed a contract outlining various services and 4 hours of coordination. The first three months after signing the contract was fine. Then the woman assigned to my wedding left the company, no one informed me and my emails went unanswered for weeks. When I was finally able to get in touch with the company, [redacted], Jenna took over my wedding. [redacted]
From the very beginning Jenna made me feel like my questions, concerns and wishes were silly. She brushed off my emails and phone calls constantly. Then things got even worse! We set up a meeting two months before the wedding. I arrive at their location and they have MOVED! Not only did she not tell me prior to the meeting.
