I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint at this time
Our complaint was filed 5/10/but our issues with not performing Warranty work on a $23,plus roof had been lingering for monthsWhile it does appear that Puente Roofing has done repairs to issues that were noted and reported MONTHS ago, there is no way of knowing if these repairs have in fact corrected the issues associated with the leaking and defected work performedThere has been no rain since the repairs were maid last week so there is no way to verify the repairs have been completed correctlyWe respectfully request that this Complaint remain open until the repairs have been weather tested.

ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint at this time.  Our complaint was filed 5/10/2016 but our issues with not performing Warranty work on a $23,000 plus roof had been lingering for months.While it does appear that Puente Roofing has done repairs to issues that were noted and reported MONTHS ago, there is no way of knowing if these repairs have in fact corrected the issues associated with the leaking and defected work performed. There has been no rain since the repairs were maid last week so there is no way to verify the repairs have been completed correctly.We respectfully request that this Complaint remain open until the repairs have been weather tested.
