Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle had pre-existing damage and dents on multiple panels which were pointed out and acknowledged by the customer at the time of drop off. After pick up customer complained about one specific...
dent not having been there. Service Manager agreed to a one-time, no fault, good will offer to remove the dent. Customer later came to our National City location to meet with the GM whom he knew and had worked with in the past. Upon inspection, GM agreed to extend the previous offer made by the service manager to perform a paint-less dent removal ONLY while making it very clear that damage had been pre-existing and Mossy wasn’t liable. Customer agreed and asked for a free loaner for one day which he later didn’t return for several days. Management of Mossy Nissan feel confident that they have made every effort to extend good customer service and regret the fact that extended good will wasn’t perceived as such by the Mr. [redacted]!
Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2006 pre-owned Nissan Maxima from Mossy Nissan El Cajon on 5/26/2009. The general manager personally called Mr. [redacted] and confirmed that last time he had visited Mossy Nissan El Cajon was on August, 28, 2009. The transmission was never inspected or...
